1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Advanced Media platform ("Service"), operated by Advanced Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 1712 Pioneer Ave Suite 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Advanced Media is a digital marketplace that provides access to premium digital assets including, but not limited to, UI kits, 3D icon packs, presentation templates, and social media graphics. Users purchase credits which can be redeemed for digital asset downloads.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to purchase credits or download assets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account. Purchased credits do not expire.

5. License and Usage

Upon downloading an asset, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the asset for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw asset files. You may use assets as part of a larger work or end product.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of a credit purchase, provided that no credits from that specific transaction have been used. Once credits are spent on downloading assets, that portion is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@advancedmedialabs.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Advanced Media platform, including the website design, logos, and branding, is the property of Advanced Media LLC. Assets available for download are licensed, not sold, and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

8. Limitation of Liability

Advanced Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
